Villa Decor Design Style: Return & Refund Policy
At Villa Decor Design Style, we curate our collection with care. If your purchase isn’t quite right, we are here to help. Please review our guidelines below to ensure a smooth return process.
1. Return Window & Eligibility
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible items. To be eligible, items must be:

In their original, unopened packaging.

In "Like New" condition (uninstalled, unwashed, and unused).

Accompanied by the original order number.
To start a return: Email us at info@villadecordesign.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
2. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items
To maintain our quality standards, the following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Furniture & Light Fixtures (due to size and fragile nature).

Fabric, Wallpaper, & Rugs.
-
Custom, Personalized, or Special Orders.
-
Holiday/Seasonal Items (purchased outside the extended holiday window).

Any item marked "Final Sale" on the product page.
Note on Natural Materials: Items made from natural wood, stone, or hand-woven fibers will have unique variations in grain, color, and texture. These are not considered defects but rather the character of the piece.
3. Refunds & Fees
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please note the following deductions:

Restocking Fees: A 25% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns to cover warehouse handling.

Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

"Free Shipping" Items: If you return an item that featured free shipping, the actual outbound shipping cost incurred by Villa Decor Design Style will be deducted from your refund.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and arrangements.
4. Damages & Defective Items (The 48-Hour Rule)
We take great care in packaging, but accidents happen. You must inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival.

Reporting Window: Claims for damage or defects must be submitted via email within 48 hours of delivery.

Evidence: Please include high-resolution photos of the damaged item and the packaging/box.

Freight Deliveries: For furniture/large items delivered via freight, you must inspect the item before signing the Bill of Lading (BOL). If the box is damaged, note "Damaged Upon Receipt" on the driver's paperwork.
5. Cancellations

Standard Orders: May be canceled within 24 hours if they have not yet shipped.

Custom Orders: You have 1 business day from the order date to cancel for a full refund. After 1 business day, custom orders are into production and are non-refundable.
6. Extended Holiday Returns
Items purchased between November 1st and December 25th are eligible for return until January 31st, provided they meet the standard eligibility criteria. Excludes furniture, custom items, and final sale goods.
