Our Returns Policy
At Villa Decor & Design, we take pride in the quality, design, and sustainability of the products we offer. We work with trusted manufacturers to ensure that every item meets or exceeds your expectations. While we hope you are in love with your selections, we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary. Please review our refund policy below to ensure a smooth process.
Eligibility for Returns
You may return eligible items in unused condition, with original packaging, fit for resale within 7 days of delivery. Please note the following conditions:

Restocking Fees:
- Orders over $100 are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Orders under $100 incur a flat restocking fee of $15.
- Non-Refundable Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are not refundable.
- Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.
Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns for the following:
- Wired or assembled products.
- Custom or made-to-order items.
- Used items or items without original packaging.
- Altered items (e.g., repainted, refinished, or cut).
- Gift cards.
- Design services.
- International orders or orders outside the contiguous United States.

How to Initiate a Return

Request a Return Authorization (RA):
Submit your return request within 7 days of delivery.- Log in to your Villa Decor & Design account and navigate to the Order History section.
- Select the item you wish to return, then click "Request Return."
- If you do not know your order number, refer to your order confirmation email or contact our customer service team.
- You may also request a return by emailing us at info@villadecordesign.com or calling (904) 280-4215.

Return Label & Instructions:
- Once your return is approved, we will provide a return label and RA number within five business days.
- Ship the item back within 14 days of receiving the return label.
- Items returned without an RA number or outside the 14-day period will be refused and returned to the sender.

Original Packaging Required:
All returned items must be in their original packaging and condition. Items shipped back without original packaging or from a location other than the original delivery address will not be accepted.
Refund Options
You can choose one of the following refund methods:

Store Credit:
- Receive a refund in the form of a Villa Decor & Design store credit, less a 20% restocking fee.
- Store credits do not expire.

Original Form of Payment:
- Receive your refund to the original payment method, less a 20% restocking fee.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Restocking Fees: Why Are They Necessary?
Processing returns involves labor, transportation, and administrative costs. Additionally, many returned items are not repackaged to factory standards or may incur damage during transit, reducing their resale value. Restocking fees help offset these costs and ensure sustainable operations for our business.
Return Policy Abuse
We monitor return activity to ensure a fair experience for all customers. If we identify unreasonable or excessive return patterns, we may restrict or refuse future returns or transactions at our discretion.
